Rainbow Ball

So, xXNightxForestXx, this is my entry to your tournament. Looking at the skin image below, it looks dumb, but thats just because the skin image doesnt show outer layers and inner layers, it combines them into one layer. I hope you like it! Heres a short description of the girl in this skin (which I might make into a short STORY if anyone likes it enough):

Bella was born with rainbow hair, and she would only wear rainbow clothes. One year, there was a ball, and the theme was rainbow. Everyone else had to shop, but Bella just wore her nicest dress. She did her hair up into two buns and put on her purple sandals (if there were 128x128 skins on Skindex I wouldve made the sandals sparkle). Everyone thought she looked really beautiful, and for once, Bella was happy instead of embarrassed that she was born with rainbow hair. The skin below is the dress, shoes, and hairdo that Bella wore to the ball.
