OS-1477 is a high ranked space class OTF soldier. He is equipped with a PX-7 skirt like cape and a shoulder pauldron. One side is for more of a protective use, while the other is to signify his ranking and division. He's known to be snarky, cruel, and extremely commanding. He is also known to be one to go out in public, resulting in him wearing a custom made poncho and hood from time to time.
