This is supposed to be the character Lukas Waldenbeck from the USA show Eyewitness. It's only-my third skin and my first time using the outer-layer feature so excuse me if it's a little rough. The bleached hair, jacket, jeans and shoes are on the outside. And he's also wearing a flannel under the jacket because he's Lukas and half his wardrobe is flannels.
