This one kind of looks like some sort of tech ninja (like a mecha, I guess, but less clunky), also... yes, you read the kanji correctly. It means 'eye'. I call this skin the Watcher because of it... IDK I was really bored when I made this, and it just seemed like a good name. If you want to shade it some more, or less I guess, or recolor, go right ahead...
