Neons are rare, and they have a unique ability to attract ghosts. their energy is stronger than a normal human, and so the ghosts can sense them from farther away. Not only do they attract ghost, they are more likely to die by them. Ghosts will take more risks to kill a Neon, than they will a human
Why are they called Neons? because their hair is a neon of their natural, most commonly orange, and their eyes are an unnatural pale color. you could have orange hair and pale pink eyes. the paler the eyes, the more powerful the Neon's energy is.
If you have a sibling that is a Neon, you are most likely a powerful Ghostwalker, it doesn't matter who is older. Though, it is possible for you to be a weak Ghostwalker, and have a Neon sibling, or even be no Ghostwalker and have a Neon sibling
