It's a very good skin but like Nordyn said, you should try shading it. Or, even not shading it, but not using Auto Tone

Very nice, but it's obvious you went ham with the auto tone tool, so it looks like he has a skin condition. Try manually shading some parts. I know it takes longer, but the end result is a million times better. Just some constructive criticism.
