This skin is based off of Hanahaki Disease, a fictional disease where the victim of unrequited love begins to cough up the petals and flowers of a flowering plant growing in their lungs... Which will eventually grow large enough to render breathing impossible, until the victim dies, the feelings are returned, or the plants are surgically removed.
