THIS ISN'T A SKIN THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT, EXCEPT TO THE PEOPLE THAT HAVEN'T ACCEPTED OR DENIED THEIR NEW DIVISION.
Ok, so while waiting for the results, I thought it would be a good time to say the people who have not yet accepted or denied their new division. Since there are also a lot less people on this list, I will be contacting all of them personally to bring this to their attention.

Team Ruby: ClqudsDontStay is moving from Monsoon to Winter.

Team Emerald: BellBell64 is moving from Summer to Monsoon.

I'm sorry if you're on this list and already accepted or denied, I looked through, and these were the ones I couldn't find an answer from.

Divisions are based on quite a few different things. And there were a lot of people put in the wrong division from the start (it was my fault, but there were like 130 people to go through x.x) so we figured itd be good to move people around a bit more to round out teams and make divisions more even for everyone.
My best example is my husband made 1 skin 5 years ago, so he technically has been skinning for 5 years. But he would be put in monsoon.

Heya! on my last entry (palette contest) I said that I would love to move up from monsoon to winter. This is an amazing offer and i'm taking it! thanks again for allowing me this chance to move up.

It's the same changes from the first Change Announcement skin, I'm just putting it up again so the people who didn't respond can see theirs, and respond. The divisions are changing to round teams out/make them more even. For example your moving because there was only one person active on your team in Summer. (I'm sorry to move you down </3 It broke my heart to choose who to move down)
