Rules:
You can only use ONE palette and you MUST use all the colors in the palette! You get to pick your own palette as well.

You can use black, white, and a skin tone.
Hue shifting/shading is allowed, but please don't change the color too much!

Hair and eye color must be one of the colors from the palette or black/white.

You can use your own skin/outfit base but NOT someone else's!

Due date will be May 17th Mid day Eastern time zone - I will comment on the skin saying that it's closed! Late entries are allowed, they are worth .5 of a point, but they cannot win a placing, so make sure to get it turned in on time!

Also if you haven't already, check out the previous post where people were moved into different divisions and accept or deny if you want to be moved! If you accept before I comment the comp closed you will be in the new division!

No, The Q&A skin stated: 'If you wish to join the Olympics, you must sign up for at least ONE event. You can do all of them if you wish, however it is very flexible.' I have done two, So i am good now.
In the more recent skin Changes - Anouncement, a lot of things were changed on how things will run, and is more up to date on information.

I think the confusion was when we asked people to vote for which comps we host, some people took that as voting for which comps you choose to do. In the end, this is for fun and we dont want people feeling stressed out over this :)
