If you cannot tell, it is a Wizard Lizard, literally, (read the title). The cloak is on the second layer, and this skin can be used with or without the second layer, both work, but if the layer is being used, every layer (except for the head) must be turned on to look right. This is an original skin created for my own user, but anyone can use it. Thanks for checking my skin out!
