lightning? CE

I wasn't expecting lightning and this was really hard to make. I took a lot of time on the dress and realized it looked like water, so i added some bolts in hopes that it would fix it... it didn't.
So, not it looks dumb but ive already spent too long making it.

story?:
This is Echo, she was named after a thunderstorm since they 'echo'. Echo is part of the Emperor's army, the dark side. She has been part of this army since she was little. Her parents tried to get her to cross the ocean on a secret ship to help her live a better life. The boat was found soon after they boarded, and her parents were taken away. She was taken in by the army and raised in the ways of the dark side. She was never told about her parents. ~ more story if i get in the next round
