The Aquatic Sister (mini-story)

Your strolling across the beach, when you see what appears to be a...mermaid? tangled in a net. You runto it, and see her fin was cut off, her hair short, and she's struggling to breath. Out of instinct you quickly try to find a sharp item. You try a sharp shell and fail. Your try to bite it and claw it,but that fails. You try a sharp stone, but that fails as well. The mermaid drops something, and you pick it up. You unsheathe it, and it reveals a knife made out of shell.You quickly cut the rope off. The mermaid smiles and takes you by the hand and she leads you to the water, were you gain a bubble helmet and arrive at Poseidon's castle. You gasp as he tahnks you and sets you to sleep, and whn you awake, your in your own palace, wings as deep blue as the Mariana Trench. In your hand, you hold the shell knife. Knowing you were chosen, you swim off, looking for more to help as the aquatic sister.
