The Iced Timmer was blindfolded because of his power that was too dangerous. ( a bit like medusa : ) Someone looking at his eyes would be stoped in time, blocked in time. However, Being blindfold is not a big deal for the iced timer. It can feel everything being blindfolded or not. Of course, this would happen rarely. Ice looks like eating a part of him :p on the left arm and right leg. The green thingy on the right arm is to stop the ice spreading on him.
