COVID-19 came in like a hurricane
Spun my wheathervein
Don't know whats real
Seeing all the Highlight reels
I'm scared
And unprepaired
Can't see my friends
Dont know if this will end
I miss you every day
I shove random thoughts in the way
I dream of your weird throws
I dream of catching them
I dream of the the times you dripped ice cream on my shirt
I dream of you saying sorry and cleaning it up
I dream of the day the we are together again COVID-19 ends on a high note
That the people who have lost
And the people who are fighting
And the people who are dying
Will find love with you God
