Madic AKA Sam Gravel but since he does not remember his name so his John Mad he use to know people from the hospital of Dragon City so he knows everyone and they said that his a good man at heart but sadly his wife died but his wife's sister looks too much like her so he went insane and kidnap her sister thinking its his wife but he num her so he can talk to her but of course Detective K tried to reason with him but the Sister and Detective ran away but burn down Madic's home so most of his body is just fine but not his face he was in a coma for at least for one year so he came back for his insane like joker but his better then anyone he's always one step ahead you may think you got him but no and he find ways to kill if the joker use his joker gas it won't affect Madic because he's insane already he can take hits and also can't be burn not even by lighting so his face is immune to any attack but not the body
