Her parents had been helping out a close friend and his troop, who were from the rebellion. The elf hadn't drawn his sword, she noticed this. She attempted to run to the right but the elf quickly reacted, grabbing her wrist. ' Let go! ' She yelled, attempting to throw him off. His grip tightened around her wrist. His glare was intimidating.

' Let her go, ' A calm but demanding voice ec***d around them.
The elf smirked, ' I'm here to take you back to the king, we know you've been housing rebellion members. ' She shook her head violently, denying it. ' I swear, I have no affiliation with the rebellion, ' she said as the elf got closer. Va'hara's eyes darted around her, looking for any escape.
Va'hara continue to run, eventually finding herself run into a cliff face in a clearing. She looked up at the cliff, footsteps could be heard approaching. They were fast, she was cornered. She was gasping for air, she turned and her eyes widened. The elf warrior from the empire entered the clearing, glaring at the girl. ' What do you want?! ' Va'hara yelled, sounding more fearful than she intended.
She was named Va'hara, after her great grandma.
The girl stopped, turning to look at the pluming smoke on the forest behind her . She felt a tear run down her face, quickly wiping it away. She was out of breathe when she heard ' stop!! ' She quickly gasped and continue running, darting in the direction of a nearby town.

She didnt know what they wanted, she was just a simple peasant girl, all she knew was they were from the empire. It had something to do with her parents.
