Pucca from the animated series Pucca. She is the daughter of a noodle shop owner and has a crush on a guy named Garu.
The show first aired on September 18, 2006 (first episode) and has 3 seasons shortly befor being cancelled.

i watched this show when i was younger. but now it is aired on Netflix.
