The Ender Dragon overlord's second mad scientist. He was put over all Pillagers and sent to cause havoc on villagers and players alike. Unlike Dr Enderman, he is not sent as a reign of terror, but as a thief, pirate, and gang leader. He makes life harder for everyone, but when teamed up with the other doctors, he can make things quite difficult.
