because it was extremely difficult to get it exactly how an ender dragon may look. (especially the face design).
This is one of those skins that I worked so hard on that...YOU BETTER LIKE IT. (just kidding, you can dislike it or hate it...just don't tell me that. XD) Also after this I need requests for more skins because I have no inspiration for anything else.
