Before the lord of death spread terror and death, much like many a brave adventurer he sat out to find his fortune, many a venture was conqured and all the grief such a life can bring. Friends and lovers alike now lay beneath the earth, rotting away like forgotten memories, yet through convition and determination a selution was found. The dark arts promise many boons, but they carry a hefty price, those who are willing to pay are considered mad.
This was the birth of his madness, a broken man is easily molded.
