Most of the inspiration for this story came from my roleplay adventures with my friend coralinegasoline in the Roblox game Superhero Life III. The credit for the character Sky / Broken D belongs entirely to her.
(End of Chapter 1)
It was too late. He was gone.
Sky shook her head. *Who was that guy?* she wondered.
She noticed something lying on the ground where the man in the suit was. It was a wallet. In it was a brochure for a local hotel, along with an ID card. On the ID card was a picture of a handsome man. He hade jade green eyes, dark brown hair, and a goatee. The name on the card read *Rob Simeon*.
'Well,' Sky muttered, putting her mask back on. 'Better go return this.'
'Um, what the crap what THAT?' Broken D asked.
'I... I don't know,' the man in the suit said. *She looks a lot like...*
She sighed. 'I need some air.' She took off her mask. Gorgeous, wavy red hair fell down across her face. She had mocha brown eyes.
*My god, it can't be... It's HER,* thought the man in the suit. 'I... I gotta go,' he said, speeding off.
'Him? Him who?'
At that moment, one of the windows of the bank shattered. The man in the suit was thrown out, knocking over Broken D.
'Hey, watch it!' she said as she got up.
The man got up as well, removing a broken piece of armor from his suit. 'Sorry, ma'am. I... Wait... I know you...'
*Oh, crap,* he thought.
*Meanwhile...*
As she was speeding through the city towards the bank, Sky thought to herself, *Why can't I ever have a nice, quiet evening to relax?*
As she arrived at the bank, she saw the police officer running out.
'Excuse me, officer. Mind telling me what's going on here?' she asked, her dual katanas at the ready.
Suddenly, a silver and gold blur came through the bank, knocking the creature into the far wall. Standing there was a man, or what the officer assumed to be a man. He was wearing a suit, colored silver with gold decals. The suit's eyes glowed white, as did the octagon shaped symbol on his chest.
'Officer, get out of here. I'll handle this thing,' the man in the suit said, turning towards it.
The head officer dropped his gun in fear. 'No... stay away!' He tried to back up, but he was cornered.
The birds were going to their nests, ready to sleep. The cats were starting to prowl. All the people were starting to head home from work.
Then the silence was broken by an alarm at the bank.
'Take it down!' the head police officer yelled, aiming his gun at the creature standing in front of him. The creature was a living shadow, standing over seven feet tall. It had bat like wings. six inch long talons, and two glowing red eyes.
