The Architect

A simple man, looking to escape his everyday life, found immense power in stories.

He built fantastical things, and legions of people joined together to enjoy what he created and reveled in his creation, which he poured his life, his heart, and most of his soul into.

And then he woke up, and realized that it didn't happen. Again. This ate at him, day after day.

He needed to tell his stories, but he had yet to found a proper medium. And even then, there was still the lurking fear that he would be rejected. If that happened, he would be devastated.

But eventually with the right push, a friend finally convinced him to take the plunge. A friend I now sorely miss.

Quarantine and unfortunate circumstance have caused an uncomfortable silence, but I hope that I can at least talk to you again soon, buddy.
