Ello folks. This may be continued... but I won't continue it if you don't want me to. And by the way, DO NOT TRY TO DROWN! What I said about drowning is probably not true. It's probably very painful. Anyways, hope you liked it :) please comment if you have any thoughts

She expected to be pulled up to the surface by her father, but surprisingly, she was pulled down. She frantically tried to look at what was grabbing her, but she was feeling weaker by the second. In a surge of panic, Ava shook violently, trying to get away, but the hands did not let go. Her sight slowly faded away, and she passed out.

Now, drowning is not always painful. It's just the panic that makes people say it was awful. However, Ava was not panicked. The water flowed into her lungs. It felt a little weird at first, but to her it felt just like breathing in air but heavier. Ava opened her eyes and the water stung like heck, but she didn't close them. She started feeling a bit groggy but felt wide awake when she felt firm hands grabbing her arms.

She plunged into the pond and closed her eyes. She realized something she hadn't before. She couldn't hold her breath long enough for her father to leave, but she found out that it was a good thing. She heard her father galloping around, calling her name. She couldn't hold her breath much longer now and she started to slowly drown.

She heard her father galloping on his horse towards the forest. Ava groaned and thrust her fist into a tree. At times she hated her father. He was coming closer, and Ava thought fast. She looked around and saw the only hiding spot that would possibly work.

Ava ran down the ladder as fast as she could and burst through the stable doors, not bothering to close them. Her father ran after her, but because Ava left the stable doors open, the horses saw him and wouldn't let him pass without feeding them. Ava jumped over the fence and ran towards the forest where she and Pumpkin would meet. She saw the pond that Pumpkin was always staring at and saying how beautiful it was. He once said that it was incredibly deep for a pond.

'Is Pun'kin dead?!' Ava whispered. Her father could barely hear her. 'Well, um... not exactly... Cherry, he's gone missin again. And we don' think he's acomin back. Cherry, listen to me. You need to make some friends.' But Ava could barely hear him. Her head was spinning, and her heart was pounding. 'Cherry, please don't have a meltdown on me again,' her father said. 'Cherry, listen to me. Cherry!'

'Well, you might need to make some friends, Cherry.' Ava still didn't know what her father was talking about. 'I already have a friend. If Pun'kin doesn't like me anymore, then I'll make friends with the horses.' Ava said. Ava's best friend was Pumpkin, but she liked to call him 'Pun'kin'. She didn't really mind if he didn't want to be friends, as long as she could see him every once in a while. Then Ava realized what this was really about. She gulped.
