This character is the rainbow elf queen (I know that sounds ridiculous as in a fairy tale for young children). She has light blond hair, one eye blue and the other red, because She wields the elements of fire and water. She has a wreath of green leaves on her head. She is wearing a white dress to the ground, she has a rainbow scarf over her shoulders. She has golden bronsolets on her hands and gold shoes on her legs. Her name is Selene
