This OC's name is Altair. I love him xD

Name - Altair Wispvilles

Age - I forgot, but I think it was ranged 19-23

Personality - Altair when you first meet him is quiet and hides himself most of the time, being afraid of people being weirded out by his appearance. If you get to know him, he's a kind, sometimes flirty person, and can sometimes be loud, most of the time though he's near silent. He can easily get sent into a panic, and gets worried easily.

Abilities - He is a very, very fast flier, which most of the time gets him into trouble by running into things. In some alternate universes he'll have weak telekinesis that rips all the energy out of him.

Random Facts -

Altair was part of a science experiment thing, which caused him to develop bird-like wings, based off of the lilac-breasted roller. His wings are a very neon blue.
