- Time keeper - OC

Horatia is a strange one, dealing with amnesia the only clue was a pocket watch in her right hand when she woke up, the top engraved with the name Horatia, along with a picture of her and per usual, the clock inside. She went on and discovered that she had a gift to make mechanical things quite easy, especially clocks. It's quite strange that time seems to go slower around her most of the time. Though she walks in normal speed, not getting tired that quick as most people do.
