I saw what Scraper made and it made me Mad there is no good in his heart so I made Tela her powers are telling people's mind,have five power essence of Dragons four are fire,ice,water,lighting her forth are Dragon Scales that protect her from any damage and she can teleport but she can only use it for one day each time and she can stop anyone who gets in her way but not Puppeteer
