You can only use different hues and saturations of your three given colours. Those three given colours must be the main colours you use, for example, skin colour, large sections of clothing, hair, etc. Small accessories, such as bows - or small detailing such as trim or laces of shoes, or hair ties can be a different colour but must match the palette. Your palette is light pink, blue and orange-red, meaning you could use a lighter blue for accessories or details, or a darker de-saturated pink.

Most palette contests don't allow entries to use different colours, I didn't believe it had to be mentioned.
Here's a reply I left to someone who asked if they could use different colours:

Ah, I must have misunderstood your rules.

''Those three colours will not be used just for small accessories or details, they will be used for the three main and biggest parts of your skin.''

This seems to indicate that other colors are allowed in addition to the original palette. I'm sorry.

This skin has broken the main rule(s) of the contest.
Icy blue, purple and blue were the only colours given - you were allowed to use different hues/shades but that was only for detailing and/or shading.
You may re-enter using the same palette, but scores on rule expectations will be lowered.
