Meet Axel! He's half cyborg, half teenager. He was born with an unusually unstable heart, and had strokes constantly, threatening his life on a day-to-day basis. One day, he had a severe stroke, and he was rushed to the hospital and was stabilized. The surgeons had placed a metal valve in his heart to prevent the strokes from happening, but a few weeks later, the metal valve contaminated his bloodstream, and the next time he woke up, he was never the same again...
