Delta Steve was the little brother of Alpha Steve and Omega Steve. Like his brothers, he was created by Prime Steve to fight against Devastation Steve and his forces. While Delta Steve did not see too much action during this time, he was still sealed away with the rest of his brothers. He broke free after Havoc Steve failed to corrupt him. Delta Steve was described as having the brains of Alpha Steve and the spirit of Omega Steve, and would eventually surpass both of them when it came to combat.
