This is a Red team Soldier from Team Fortress 2 wearing the following cosmetics: Dapper Dancing Doe, The Exorcizor and Genuine Tomb Readers. I made this skin for my dad but you are free to use it. It's not perfect, but I think I did a decent job on it.
