A little girl was on the brink of death as she was being frozen on the peak of a mountain. The deity of that very mountain gave her another chance at living. This deity hand the power to turn her into a wraith of winter but her legs were too far gone for the both the deity and her. She now seduces mountain climbers and hiker to take their legs. For I she was angry. If she cant have legs, then no one can.
