'Oh, really?' Melody smirked. 'Because it seems like you do.'

Pulling away from her, I held the hilt firmly, making two swift movements towards Melody, but once again, she jumped back just in time.

'Impressive. Now,' she said, bending down and picking up another sword identical to my own, 'Let's fight.'

I tightened my grip on the hilt, but Melody still didn't seemed pleased. She positioned my hand what I assumed was the correct way and placed her hand on mine, guiding the sword in a full circle. 'Make the movements nice and smooth. It doesn't help any if you can't even control your own sword.'

I glanced back at her, pulling my face farther away from hers. 'I don't need your help.'

Impressive! You just have to get some fire in you, and remember what you're fighting for!' She grinned.

'I thought you were supposed to be teaching me! I don't know how to do any of this!'

'Alright, alright. I'll teach you something,' Melody groaned. 'You need a firm grip on it so your opponent doesn't knock your sword right out of your hand.'
