Jeff the World Trader

This man is Jeff. He's Asian and he is... an odd fellow. Since he was a child he always wanted to travel the world, an now he does that while trading goods. He is known internationally, so you can take pictures with him when you see him! Infact, you can now! He is now staying at Moo Town City for a little while, you'll find him in the Library reading some books, or in the MTC Banko taking a dump...

His color pallet is similar to Jotaro from JoJos Bizarre Adventure. You'll know it's Jeff the World Trader because he has a Diamond Belt on him and he's wearing a Diamond Jacket. His trades are quite expensive, but well worth it.
