This is Noelia from Fantasy. She is another one of my favorite characters. I did just recolor the Yuelia skin I made but don't call me lazy because they are made the same way but with different colors. Well anyway. I think I like the way these two turned out. (check out my Yuelia skin if you can) I like the Yuelia one the most still but I'm proud of these two. Well bai.
