I have been working on this skin for a while struggling to find an outfit I felt fit the character, and this outfit I thought fit him best out of every single outfit I found. Naolin is actually the older brother to Neoma. He's 4 years older and in Shattered Realities, Naolin doesn't enter the story until later on.
