Wraith

A vengeful shadowy specter said to siphon the souls of the living, leaving nothing behind but cold empty husks permanently engraved with the mark of fear in its wake.

When a wraith is near the atmosphere will shift, skies will darken without warning, a sudden wave of dread will wash over you, and the air around you will grow as cold as the devil's heart.

A wraith's hiss spells the impending doom upon those unfortunate enough to hear it. It's serenade of incoherent ghostly whispers is said to drive even the most fortified minds to madness.

Material weapons are useless against these undead horrors. Only bright light can harm them.
