Creativity: 9.5/10, I would have liked it if you were a bit more creative with your title choice and the person you made, but I love that you made her in an outfit that you wouldn't normally think of her in!
Quality: 9.7/10, maybe you could've shaded the ropes on her shirt a different style other than the same as her shirt? I love the hair, though!
