maybe you need to undownload mc then redownload it.
*idk ive never had this problem before but ive had alot of other problems and they all got fixed like that*
or power-off then on whatever device you are using.

Lol, nevermind I just closed all the apps that were open, then reopened Minecraft and the problem stopped. XD
Nevermind again it started again. :'(
