this Snow-Watcher is a Villain who hated the Queens so he send unknown massage to Oliver Queen so he said to his team that there are going to this spot where it's so beautiful but he also said that no one will go yet but if he is not back yet by 7 days that means come & get me & save me from who ever is out there so he did left & the rest of the Team Arrow was Hunted by this man called Red-Light but Oliver Queen during his time at the winter wander land was really that beautiful & he texted the man who gave it to him when he is on Vacation but Oliver got this weird message from him it said I hated you family ever since so if you try anything to get out I will Watch you from a far till the entire Team Arrow will fall so does Team Flash I hated them both Queens & Alens so that means you both got tricked but when you got the Massage from unknown person who was kind I was Watching you so they both meet up & Oliver saw Snow-Watcher watching him & Barry was here too but he can't use speed
