HELP!?!?

um I need help on something, FACE SHADING... in my opinion my face shading is HORABALE (did I spell that right?) can you guys help me with face shading?

WHAT TO DO:
1.look at one of my skins and the face shading
2.go to editor and make a face that is shaded
3. i will try out this shading that you did and yeah
(don't use your face shading becuase i am basiclly stealling it, sorry)

i am probally be over dramadic sorry
