he was the one where The Scooby-Doo gang saw but he diaper with green smoke & they moved but over suddenly they found a letter that says Hey New Neighbor Im TheWatcherGhost You May Have Heard Of Me So I Will Give You A Chance To Move Out Because I Run That House Or May I Say Hunt It Ha Ha Ha Ha Oh Soon I Will Know Who You Are
-TheWatcherGhost so they search the house & they see him Ten Times & when the eleventh time they Caught him but it was just a Robot then they saw him again & they did it again
