The fierce deity is from majora's mask it's a prize for get all 24 masks and trading them away and completing the four dungeons from the four children in the moon then you talk to the kid wearing majora's mask after trading all your masks away and completing the four dungeons and the majora's mask kid will ask you to play good guys and bad guys and you'll get the fierce deity mask if you say yes
