Jester

Jester his sister was a Wicked Witch & turn him into a Clown now who is laughing last because he got a staff that is stronger then anything & he will get his Evil on every Super Hero & he will Destroy them he is the one who is Laughing last because he wanted to a Warlock but his sister turn him into that but she melted away & he is a little mad at them so he use his Sister's Staff luckily it was not hers it was his before the clown thing happen so he is like the Gratis Villain ever he can't be defeated & he is like a king so he rules it because he is more evil & more powerful but he likes TheControlKing & will not use his powers on him only if TheControlKing betrays him because Jester is more powerful then him with his staff so this make this Villain more Twisted,Wicked,&EVIL
