I'm not sure if this is qualified as an entry, but I'm gonna call it that. x3

this is for Florette's neon club! I don't typically do neon skins, but I'd love to make bright colors and make skins that stand out from what I usually do.
I hope this is good enough to be able to join!

I almost never get inspiration, so as usual, I don't have any creativity and this skin is plain as heck.
the only thing I love is the neon colors and they
stand out a lot, so that's another pro for being in
this squad.
