A friend of Flame real name Sleet. As a Calamity, he can cause instant permafrost against anything he touches or wills for him to touch, as long as it is in view. Technology has made this very powerful as all he needs is a security room to be able to freeze an entire building a force to be reckon with. Flame is able to disable the permafrost in Inferno mode, as their abilities are (no pun intended), polar opposites. However, as Sleet is very gentle in nature, this mode is nearly impossible to fully unleash.
