As KC said before, there's a rule on here that says not to repost skins because it's considered stealing. Whether it's piracy or theft, it's still against the site rules. Take it up with the Skindex team if you feel it's wrong. I didn't create the rule.

Song artists upload their music to websites and youtube. If it was copied, traced, or edited and re-uploaded without proper copyright and credit to the original artists, the content theft could be fined. - It's the same way with Minecraft skins and uploading them, but a little less serious. H E C K, there's a rule even a rule here, on skindex, about not stealing others' skins. :P

Actually, another term for that is piracy, and by posting it here you automatically agree that it is public domain media, heck, there's a big button on the side of the screen that says Edit Skin.
