its been a while. lets get this done
the commanding officer skin is for the higher ranking soldiers of the royal couriers. the color scheme is turned into a red and grey/black, the spaulder (shoulder pad) has changed into an epaulette (Spicy shoulder pads), glasses stay, leather gloves replace the bracers, and the belt is given more dismentions
