In my opinion you should do whatever one you like the most, you don't need other's opinions as you're already great at shading!

Like Icantfindagoodname said, why don't you choose which shading you like best? Looks like you like #1 when other people like #2 and #3. Maybe you could hear everybody's opinion then choose the shading you like best.

I liked #1 bc it keeps the shading light :P
