Or, you can recolour the clothes or hair of a skin this way. Whatever you do in the start skin will be put on the skin base in the other tab.

If you open a skin base in editor, and then after open one of your skins, you can just colour over the skin's whatever-you-want-to-be-made-into-a-base with the same colours (won't change anything) then, on the blank skin base page, press refresh, and every edit you did on the other skin will be on the base!
